He is the founder of PrimeCare of Coral Gables, a leading practice in South Florida. Dr. Rosen graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1979 and completed his residency at Brookdale Hospital, serving as chief Resident. As a founding member of PrimeHealth Physicians, Dr. Rosen has been at the forefront of physician-owned and directed primary care. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine. With expertise in therapeutic areas such as obesity, vaccines, and diabetes, Dr. Rosen is a sought-after national speaker. Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Rosen believes in building strong relationships based on compassion and open communication. Dr. Adam Rosen was born and raised in Miami, and has a deep connection to the local community and a strong commitment to improving the health and well-being of its residents. Dr. Rosen obtained his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine, where he excelled academically and demonstrated a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare. Following medical school, he pursued his residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami Hospital, Jackson Memorial Hospital and the Bruce W. Carter VA. With a firm belief in the importance of staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field of internal medicine, Dr. Rosen actively engages in continued professional development. He attends conferences and workshops, reads the latest medical literature, and participates in medical societies to ensure he is up-to-date with the most current evidence-based practices. Meet Dr. Montes De Oca, originally from Venezuela, who proudly earned her medical degree from the University Central de Venezuela. She then specialized in family medicine at the University of Buffalo, driven by her deep commitment to exceptional patient care and a strong emphasis on preventive medicine. With a genuine belief in patient empowerment, she actively encourages individuals to actively participate in their healthcare decisions. Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in spending time with her loved ones and cherishes quality time with her family. Additionally, she maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys participating in exercise activities. She also indulges in her passion for theater, often attending plays and classical ballet performances.

Jennifer Mokross is a dedicated nurse practitioner with six years of experience in our office. Graduating from South University West Palm Beach in 2014, she has a background in breast cancer surgery and vascular/cardiac care. Born in Brazil, Jennifer has been in Miami for 21 years and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, allowing her to provide comprehensive care to patients from diverse backgrounds. Beyond her professional expertise, Jennifer enjoys cooking, boating, and fitness. Her culinary skills reflect her creativity and passion for nutrition. On her days off, she finds solace in boating and connecting with nature. Additionally, she prioritizes her own well-being through regular fitness activities, emphasizing the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
